DJ Foster has worked extensively in all areas of the industry for over twenty years. His numerous and varied stage credits around Australia include the title role in Stephen Sondheims SWEENEY TODD (Queensland Theatre Company ), THE BUTCHY BOYS (Tilbury Hotel), 42ND STREET (national tour), RETURN TO THE FORBIDDEN PLANET (Theatre Royal), BEACH BLANKET TEMPEST (Q Theatre), the national tour of The BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS, ROSES TURN and 2001: A POSTCODE (Kinselas), THE SHIFTING HEART (Phillip Street Theatre), HMS PINAFORE (Victoria State Opera national tour), SIDE BY SIDE BY SONDHEIM (Hole in the Wall Theatre, Perth), I DO, I DO (Forest Theatre), PASTRANA (The Church, Melbourne) for which DJ was nominated for a Victoria Green Room Award, and BEDROOM FARCE (Phillip Street Productions). For the Sydney Theatre Company, INTO THE WOODS, CHICAGO (Sydney seasons, national tour and tour to the Hong Kong Festival of Arts), THE STRIPPER (Kinselas), THE PORTAGE TO SAN CRISTOBAL OF A.H, David Williamsons SIREN, POST FELICITY AND SIGN OF THE SEAHORSE( Playbox Theatre Co.) PUTTING IT TOGETHER (Court Theatre, Christchurch) and SUNSET BOULEVARD (Really Useful Productions). Most recently DJ has been seen in the NZ touring production of THE FIDDLER ON THE ROOF.

Among DJs screen credits are CODY, THE GIRL FROM MOONOOLOO, SONS AND DAUGHTERS, A COUNTRY PRACTICE, MISSION IMPOSSIBLE, STINGERS, THE LIBRARIANS, BLUE HEELERS, THE COAST, THE APPLICANT and AYA.
