Mietta was three when she began dancing in Tropical North Queensland. She studied ballet, jazz and tap and at the age of fourteen, moved to Melbourne to train fulltime at The Australian Ballet School. During Miettas time at this prestigious school, she was awarded various scholarships and achieved her Certificate 3 in Dance.
In 2005, she toured with The Australian Ballet Dancers Company in THE NUTCRACKER, and graduated with her Advanced Diploma in Dance. Mietta then joined THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA World Tour performing sell-out seasons in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
In between seasons she travelled extensively through Europe furthering her studies in acting, singing and dance. Mietta is thrilled to be part of this production, performing once again in her home country.
